Sub Contract Machining

We offer 3 axis CNC machining service with a size capability of 1600mm x 860mm x 600mm offering 2D plate work to 3D form work.

Reverse Engineering

Our reverse engineering services played a pivotal role in transforming a leading saddle manufacturer’s traditional wooden tree into an injection-moulded part. This process not only resulted in a more cost-effective solution but also ensured a consistently dimensioned product.

Bringing an 18th-century product into the 21st century, our process involves laser scanning the original wooden tree, generating a triangulated mesh data. Subsequently, through 3D modelling, we develop a CAD model, allowing the creation of a 3D printed prototype. This prototype is then meticulously reviewed for touch and feel before finalizing the data for the production of injection mold tooling. More
